Douglas G. Winner is Owner of All Property Appraisal Corp. and Past President NC Prof. Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC). He is an approved Appraisal Qualification Board (AQB) USPAP Instructor, Appraisal Continuing Ed Instructor and Real Estate Cont. Ed, and Update Instructor .
