BICAR (Broker-in-Charge Annual Review) s a required elective course for all BIC. A BIC does not have a CE elective option after the first renewal of his or her license following BIC designation! The BIC 8 hours of continuing education is always: Mandatory Update and Broker-in-Charge Annual Review. However once this requirement is met, the BIC may also take additional electives exceeding the required courses. Only BIC or BIC eligable students can take this course for credit.
